ChipX acquires OKI Semiconductor US ASIC business

February 09, 2007 - ChipX has concluded the transaction of acquiring the North America ASIC business from Oki Semiconductor. This acquisition will double the Company's sales and its headcount (both sales and design) and adds a full line of ASICS products to the Company's offering.
