Layer N Networks secures $2,000,000 in financing from Parker Price Venture Capital

On June 29, 2004, Strategic Value II, L.P. invested $2,000,000 in a Series B financing for Layer N Networks, an Austin, Texas-based company. This investment was an extension of a $20 million Series B funding raised in February 2004, which included participation from Technology Associates Management Company (TAMC), Chisholm Private Capital Partners, Stafford Investments, Granite Ventures, Austin Ventures, Seed Capital Partners, Convergent Investors and Agave Capital.
